Instructions for proper boil and bite shaping:
Place the mouthguard in hot water at 80 ° C (or let it stand for a while after the boiling point) and immerse for approx.40 - 60 seconds. Then carefully place the mouthguard in cold water for 2 seconds and immediately press it around the upper teeth. Push the back of your teeth with your tongue (the protector will be warm but will not burn). In this position, vacuum water and air until the guard rests on your teeth. Then stabilize the shape by immersing in cold water. If it does not fit well, repeat the procedure
