Instructions for proper boil and bite shaping:

Place the mouthguard in hot water at 80 ° C (or let it stand for a while after the boiling point) and immerse for approx.40 - 60 seconds. Then carefully place the mouthguard in cold water for 2 seconds and immediately press it around the upper teeth.
