NEW DESIGN !!! Great Home Gym. You do not have to drill anything, just unfold, hang up a punching bag and a speed-bag and you can start training. One of the most versatile boxing devices on the market. The boxing bag hangs on one side and the speed bag on the other. The plat on the speed bag's side is wooden, surface treated with a standard hook. The bracket is secured on both sides and is very solid and stable. Delivered in an unfolded state, in a box. Installation takes 15 minutes. On the lower part of the stand there is an option to lay discs or dumbbells. This will give you better stability.

- Stand is made of reinforced powder-galvanized steel with a wide diameter of 8 cm and a thickness of 2 cm, for great stability
- The maximum carrying capacity of the bag holder is 50 kg
- Plate is sliding from 151 cm to 186 cm (measured to the center of the pear) - a total of 9 positions
- The bag hook is 202 cm from the ground. The distance of the boxing bag from the construction wall is 16cm
