Return & Exchange Policy:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, odorless, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging with all tags attached.
MMA Shop charges NO restocking fees.
All Returns & Exchanges must have an RMA number.
Create a Return & Exchange Ticket with MMAshop.com to receive a RMA number.
Please be sure to note reason for return or exchange, along with desired size (if exchange).
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
Customers are responsible for Return & Exchange shipping costs.
Refunds are typically issued (less shipping costs) to the original credit card within 2-3 business days.
In the unlikely event of product damage, shortage or wrong item sent by MMA Shop:
If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order.
All damage, shortages or wrong item claims should be made within 3 days of delivery.
MMA Shop will cover all Return & Exchange shipping costs.
